It works as expected. I power it from my solorpanel and I can regulate the output voltage. The potentiometer is not linear as expected, because usable angle is low. The con is only this potentiometer, feels cheap, but for that price cannot expect more as in my country LM317 costs almost the price of the whole device.

It's a bit simpler than it looks but it was worth the purchase, maybe I'll buy another again.
